Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage during shipment or wrong item, you may send it back to us.

- Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
- Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for return and exchange.

Please provide the return parcel tracking number, if not please responsible your own risk.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure the package of goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services. Shipping Policy
Currently, we only provide shipping to Malaysia and Singapore.
​
Free Delivery for Peninsular Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
​
Your parcels will be delivered using courier services (CITYLINK/ POSLAJU) from Monday to Friday (except public holiday).
​
AZ Beauty will process your order within 24 hours and ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 days for Peninsular Malaysia or 3-4 days for East Malaysia accordingly.
​
Our aim is to ship your product parcel to you as soon as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time/ date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company may leave a collection card or either re-delivery to you.

We strictly do not to deliver to P.O. Box due to unforeseen security issues. Hence, please ensure the shipping address provided is of legitimate and reachable by standard courier companies, i.e residential or office address.

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.
