If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage during shipment or wrong item, you may send it back to us.

• Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase
• Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt
• Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for return and exchange
• All returns will be charged RM 10.00 handling fees

Once the order is confirmed, you may expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

• Peninsular Malaysia : 2 - 3 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
• East Malaysia : 3 -4 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
• Singapore : 4 -5 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
